I am no fan of dpt myself, but i actually know this women. She is the fairest and best dpt official out there. She is one of the few who actually doesn't take there jobs that seriously and she isn't mean and vindicative.
You should be ashamed to say anything negative about her!

if only this could have happened to one of those crooked city-tow drivers. imagine the hilarity of one of those big-ass trucks barrelling down a hill, about to be smashed from both sides by oncoming traffic and the car being towed behind! ah, good times.

From the other side of the country, it appears there's alot to be angry about re SF, parking and traffic!

Re the mean-ness, there is just something about this kind of accident that tickles a deeply evil funnybone in all of us. Like the reflexively cruel-innocent-giddy satisfaction of watching claymation figures get squashed by a steamroller or plain old decapitated. "Oooooh-noooooo, Mr. Bill!!!"
