How strange....

I couldn't find Kinko's listed as a sponsor anywhere in last night's program.

For those who are curious: ossia cadenza in Mvt I, standard ending to Mvt III, many notes but little legato, disorienting tempo battles, standing o (natch), many unfamiliar faces on stage, far fewer horn clams than expected in the Strauss (hooray), shocking cello sounds. The lesson of the day? Never admit you're severely underrehearsed even when it's obvious. (Trust me, I speak from experience.)
